I’ve been chronicling developments in the vegetarian restaurant scene in Vienna, Austria, since 2014 when I published the first edition of “The Vegan Tourist: Vienna.” I subsequently published an updated 2nd edition as well as a German-language edition to this restaurant guide book in 2016.
